The Indiana Civil Rights Commission has launched an advertising campaign asking Hoosiers to “Break the Trend.”

The governmental agency is tasked with enforcing civil rights law, including the Indiana Fair Housing Act.

The advertising campaign is made possible by a $250,000 Partnership Initiatives grant.

Newspapers that need guidance on avoiding a violation of the Fair Housing Act in ads can contact Steve Key, HSPA executive director and general counsel, at (317) 803-4772.
