The Bloomington Postal Customers Council will conduct a mailing seminar Oct. 22.
The session will be from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 22 at the Indiana University Virgil T. DeVault Alumni Center, 1000 E. 17th St., Bloomington.
Postal education, food and door prizes are included for a $20 fee.
The session incorporates round-table discussions and Q&A with postal and newspaper industry experts.
Topics of discussion will include nonprofit mailings, bulk mail, packaging, postal updates and rates, printing and mailing solutions, service standards, certified mail solutions and postal acronyms.
