The Bloomington Postal Customers Council’s spring seminar will cover service standards and other topics.

The session April 9 will be 8 a.m. to noon at Indiana University’s Virgil T. DeVault Alumni Center, 1000 E. 17th St., Bloomington.

The cost to attend is $20 per person, and pre-registration is required.

Seminar highlights include:

• Postal and industry experts will answer specific attendee questions.

• Information on bulk mail, shipping and packaging and U.S. Postal Service updates and rates

• Details on mailing solutions, service standards, certified mail solutions and more.
