From The Herald (Jasper):

Q: A client wants to place this classified ad: 10 Jim Beam Ford car whiskey decanters, all for $300. Since the containers contain liquor, he would not be allowed to advertise them as such without a license, correct?

A: I’d suggest your advertiser make a call to the state Alcoholic Beverage Commission to make sure his ad won’t land him in any trouble. Running the ad won’t put the newspaper at risk, but the advertiser could be in violation of some state law.
