From the Dearborn County Register (Lawrenceburg):

Q: Sunman-Dearborn school board is meeting to consider non-renewal of an administrator’s contact. Do they have to name the administrator at that meeting?

A: When a governing body takes a final action, the public has the right to know what that action is. The identity of a person who is the subject of a final action should be made available to the public.

Otherwise, how would the public determine whether it favors or opposes such an action.
