From the Shoals New:

Q: Must governments publish who is running for offices?

A: I haven’t located any requirement to publish who is on the ballot. I did find two notices required at least 10 days before the election:

  • Notice of election, which includes what offices are to be filled, judicial retention and public questions (IC 3-10-2-2)
  • Notice of location of polls (IC 3-11-8-3.2).
