Q: Are slot machines legal in Indiana if they have been converted to tokens? A customer wants to advertise his Pachislo machines.
A: According to the Indiana Gaming Commission, Pashislo machines are illegal to possess in Indiana, just as are slot machines. The fact they work off tokens doesn’t matter.
So you could tell the advertiser that you could run the ad but should have a disclaimer saying it’s illegal to possess them in Indiana.
