From the Carroll County Comet:
Q: A fire territory was established in Carroll County. Members include the city of Delphi and three townships. Each entity is represented on a territory board.
The Indiana Code allows for establishment, and the territory becomes a taxing unit. The governing board here will establish a tax rate. Are the board meetings subject to the Open Door Law?
A: Yes.
