That’s why HSPA Foundation has teamed with the Indiana State Reading Association, Indiana Newspaper in Education Foundation and Indiana Department of Education to offer teachers more ways to use newspapers in their classrooms.
The tabloid pictured is a slick four-page publication that offers tips for teachers, explains journalist jargon and refers teachers to www.HSPAfoundation.org and www.IndianaReads.org for more than 50 printable classroom activities using newspapers.
