Newspaper technology guru Kevin Slimp will present the latest tips and tricks with PhotoShop, InDesign and PDFs on Thursday, March 22 at Kent State University in northeast Ohio.
The workshop is for anyone who works regularly with the software tools for newspaper and Web applications.
The cost is $65 for full day session (including lunch) or $40 for either morning or afternoon half-day session. Free parking will be available.
Attendees will learn how to save time while creating eye-popping graphics, advertisements, photo packages and page layouts.
Please note that the sessions will be taught in a classroom setting at Kent State’s FirstEnergy Interactive Lecture Hall. The hall provides wireless access and space for attendees to set up their laptops.
