Effective March 1, 2019, the HSPA office will relocate to the historic Stutz Building on the near north side of downtown Indianapolis. From 1911 through 1919, the building housed the Stutz Motorcar Company which produced the Bearcat sports car that raced in the city’s first Indy 500. It is now home to offices and studios.
