During the 2023 legislative session, HSPA will be monitoring and addressing bills covering a range of topics affecting Indiana newspapers including:
• Public notices
• Open Door Law
• Access to public records
• Advertising
• First Amendment issues
• Sales tax on services
This year is a budget session where lawmakers will write the budget to fund the state for the next two years.
