Q: Are there any regulations impacting what a newspaper can charge political action committees that want to run advertising in the newspaper?  

A: There are no federal laws that impact a newspaper’s ability to charge whatever it wants to charge.

There are no equal time/space/price requirements when it comes to advertising by political action committees.
