From The Banner (Knightstown):

Q: I have a question on meeting notices – not for the public and media but for members of a governing body. Is there anything in the Open Door Law that addresses that? We had a situation last week where we were given 48 hours of notice for a park board meeting, but one of the board’s four members was given no notice at all.

A: I don’t believe it’s addressed in the Open Door Law. I’m sure the legislative assumption was that boards would give all their members notice of a meeting.
