Q&A: Newspaper boxes on postal property

Q: Newspaper boxes have traditionally not been allowed on U.S. Postal Service property. Does that still hold?

A: While some post offices allow them, I’ve seen them barred under the Postal Service’s non-solicitation rules. So no third-party “selling” on postal property.

We are usually able to solve this issue by moving the rack just off of postal property but on nearby ingress/egress paths.
