Q: Is this meeting notice adequate? Relevant portion: “The board is meeting pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)-(5) and is meeting only in executive session.” I thought executive session notices had to state the purpose of the meeting.
A: The code citations give you the subject matters that allow a closed meeting. The notice complies with the Open Door Law.
