From The Times (Noblesville):

Question: With data available online for annual school performance reports, do we just run it or schedule the publication date with the school corporation? Answer: The Department of Education set this year’s deadline for publication at Feb. 14, but the newspaper should work with the school superintendent as to the date of publication. The superintendent has the option of including material that won’t be found on the website.

If you have multiple school corporations involved, you may want to coordinate the publication to save the school districts a little money by only having to publish the explanatory text and charts once.
