Q: I need to verify the legality of the following line ad: “GET PAID TO PLAY LOTTERY – FREE online video shows how. www.lottopaysme.com/?C7740. No internet? No problem! Call toll free 877-526-6957, give ID C7740 for free booklet.” Is this OK to run in our newspaper?
A: Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says online gaming is not legal in Indiana. If it is a gambling site, you shouldn’t run the advertisement to avoid promoting the illegal activity.
