From The Herald Bulletin (Anderson):

Q: An auctioneer won’t put his auction license number in his auction ads. Is it required?

A: IC 25-6.1-6-5 requires advertisements of auctions to include:

• The auctioneer’s name and name of the auction company.

• Name of the owner or consignor of goods or real estate to be sold or the fact that the goods are being sold on general consignment.

There’s noting in the statute requiring the license number.
