From the Princeton Daily Clarion:

Q: Will newspapers be eligible for a public notice advertising rate increase for notices placed by state and local government agencies in 2012?

A: Yes. The rates can increase by 2.75 percent.

The yearly increase was part of legislation passed a few years ago by the Indiana General Assembly that HSPA supported.
