Central Indiana Newspaper Group has hired Matt Hutton as the new editor for The Peru Tribune.
Hutton graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism before working for the Norwalk Reflector (Sandusky, Ohio) for two years as a government reporter and an opinion page editor.
He then worked for a year at the Galesburg Regional Mail (Galesburg, Ill.) as a city and county reporter.
Later he served as editor for the Daily Review Atlas (Monmouth, Ill.), a five-days-a-week paper.
Hutton recently moved to Peru.
